In-Person & Online Therapy in Oregon
I work with adults navigating life transitions, questions of identity, shifting values, and grief. Maybe you’re in a season of change and aren’t quite sure who you’re becoming, or you’re carrying a loss — of a person, a relationship, a former version of yourself — that you haven’t had space to fully feel. Wherever you find yourself, I believe there is room to explore, to grieve, and to grow. Clients tell me I’m easy to talk to, and I strive to create a space where you feel met with compassion, not judgment.
My approach is relational, humanistic, and psychodynamic, and I often draw on mindfulness and art therapy to help us access what’s harder to put into words. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I bring warmth and a bit of humor into our sessions — therapy can be deep work without losing space for lightness.
If you’re looking to explore who you are, move through a period of change, or make room for grief, I’d be glad to companion you on that journey.
