I support adults working through grief, identity exploration, and trauma, and I have a particular passion for working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients. Whether you’re grieving a loss, questioning who you are, or carrying the weight of past experiences, I believe you deserve a space where all parts of you are welcomed and understood.
My approach is person-centered and relational — I trust that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer a calm, grounding presence as we explore together. I bring warmth and compassion into our work, and I aim to create a steady space where it feels safe to slow down, be honest, and process at your own pace.
If you’re looking for a grounded, compassionate space to work through grief, identity, or trauma, I’d welcome the chance to walk alongside you.
