Immigration Mental Health Evaluations

Mental health evaluations can provide important clinical documentation in support of certain immigration cases. Nazareth Chavarria-Anzo and Semi Grey offer immigration mental health evaluations for individuals seeking documentation related to qualifying immigration matters.

These evaluations are conducted with care and attention to each individual’s experiences, circumstances, and mental health, with the goal of providing a thorough clinical assessment that can support their immigration case.

What to Expect

Immigration mental health evaluations typically involve 1–3 individual meetings, with each meeting lasting approximately 1–1.5 hours.

Depending on the needs of the evaluation, the process may also include coordination with family members, legal counsel, or other providers involved in the individual’s care.

Each evaluation is tailored to the individual’s circumstances and the type of immigration case involved.

Cost

Immigration mental health evaluations are not covered by insurance.

The cost is typically $1,200–$1,400, depending on the requested lead time and circumstances of the evaluation.

Please contact us to discuss availability, timing, and the specific requirements of your case.
