Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping clients feel supported throughout their journey.
I partner with people to address the real-life challenges that can impact mental health and wellness. Services may include helping clients access housing resources, healthcare and insurance services, transportation, employment and educational supports, benefits and financial assistance programs, community resources, care coordination, advocacy, independent living skills, and coping skills. Working collaboratively with your therapist, I connect treatment goals with practical steps that support your long-term well-being and stability.
