In-Person & Online Therapy in Oregon

Approach: Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT), Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered

I work with clients who feel like they don’t quite fit, who are questioning who they are, pushing against expectations, or tired of holding it all together. If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure where you belong, therapy can be a place to figure that out without judgment. My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand yourself and move forward with more clarity and confidence. My style is engaged and real. I won’t just sit back and nod, I’ll help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and support you in creating change that feels meaningful.

I focus on identity exploration, anxiety, life transitions, and relational stress. I specialize in working with Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients and provide therapy in ASL. My work is trauma-informed, insight-driven, and focused on helping clients break patterns and build a stronger sense of self.

I offer a straightforward, supportive space where you don’t have to perform or filter yourself. We’ll explore what’s actually going on, not just surface-level fixes. In-person sessions include my therapy dog, Sullivan, who helps create a calm, grounded environment, and may be incorporated through Animal-Assisted Therapy when clinically appropriate.
