I support people who are ready for a change, who desire to feel more excited by life, connected in their relationships and confident. Maybe you already know what you need to do to improve your life, but struggle to find the motivation to do things differently, or maybe you are not sure where to start. If you are looking to resolve past wounds, find a new way forward, or reinvigorate your life, we can create a space together that catalyzes change. I enjoy working with those feeling skeptical, new to therapy, working through their identities, or just needing direction. Lets start!
 
My clients report they feel at ease, and comfortable as we explore the changes they desire. I’m a relational therapist who values your expertise on your own experiences. I employ humor, am down to earth, while providing perspective and guidance as we tackle life’s challenges. I utilize IFS, Attachment based (EFT), Gottman, Experimental and Existential.

I currently accept Aetna, OHP Health Share, Trillium Health Plan or Out of Network Clients and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). We do offer Superbills for Out of Network benefit reimbursement. 

Current Rates: – $225 for 1-Hour Sessions, $270 for Couple’s Counseling. Prospective clients can discuss sliding scale rates at time of consult.
