Individual and Couples Therapy in Oregon

Therapy for those who desire harmony and fulfillment in their relationships and themselves. For those recovering from trauma or wounds of abandonment or betrayal.

Using Directive, EFT, DBT, Attachment, and Somatic Approaches.

I help those who feel a sense of dissatisfaction in their relationships or work, or a pervasive sense that something is missing, stuck, or unfulfilled.  Emotional turmoil can affect our overall well-being and diminish our quality of life, at times it can feel hopeless or impossible to see the change you desire.  I support those who want to feel loved, cherished, respected, and connected with the people around them. Who would like to feel safe and free from the fear of abandonment and betrayal, and confident and empowered in themselves and their decisions. If you would like to work towards a sense of inner peace and fulfillment in yourself and your relationships, I am here to guide you on that journey.

I offer relationship and individual counseling. My approach is collaborative, warm and direct, and integrates the mind, the body, and the heart.  I believe that although much of our wounding can come from how we relate to others, our healing can come from relationships too. I utilize a personalized integrative approach influenced by somatics, psychodynamics, attachment theory, Gottman and EFT, as well as DBT.

Unhealthy relationships, external stressors, and  past trauma can erode one’s self-esteem and worth, leading to loss of identity, connection to others, and overall fulfillment in our life. Together we will work to uncover a path forward, build understanding, new strategies, break out of stuck patterns, and move towards that change that you desire. Let’s start!
