Mary (She/Her)
Professional Counselor Associate
Therapy for Teens and Adults in Oregon
Affirming therapy for trauma, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. For those who feel on the fringes, are multi-cultural, or struggling with belonging.
As a second-generation immigrant, I know the fear of a therapist not understanding or respecting your cultural background. I am committed to honoring your background and implementing decolonial approaches to mental health. The work I do is rooted in acceptance, non-judgement, and trauma-informed care. I draw from modalities including polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness, DBT, and CBT.
Cultivating a safe, secure relationship where clients can share tender, painful, or ashamed parts of themself is of utmost importance to me. I aim to help clients feel more integrated, connected with their true selves, and empowered to achieve their goals. If you resonate so far with how I work, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and see if we may be a good fit.
