Justine Cuthbertson (She/They)
Virtual Therapy in Oregon and Washington
Therapy for those who have felt othered, on the outside or stuck. Therapy for Queer, Poly/ENM and Neurodivergent Communities.
Using EMDR, Somatic, Trauma Informed, and Attachment based Approaches.
I help people who have been considered “non-traditional” in many ways, people who have been “othered”, who have felt like outcasts and outsiders their whole lives. Perhaps you are feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns, at a crossroads, hitting a wall, desiring change or just needing nonjudgmental guidance. You don’t have to do this alone. Prioritizing your healing is a powerful way we positively impact ourselves and others. Together we create a supported container for whatever you bring, in order to facilitate deep understanding and create workable sustainable solutions.
I usually work with people in the polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, relationship anarchist, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent community. Using, EMDR, Attachment, Somatic, and Trauma-Informed modalities, we explore mind/body connections, identify root causes, and develop long-term solutions. My style is down to earth and relational.
People reach out to me after having masked and developed maladaptive coping skills to cover up the traits that society has deemed unacceptable. I help people to feel more comfortable in their own skin, and take up the space they need to in the world. Together we will get to the core of who you are without the constant masking and acting to fit in.
I currently accept OHP Health Share, or Out of Network Clients. We do offer Superbills for Out of Network benefit reimbursement.
I offer in person sessions bi weekly Sundays in Portland.
Current Rates: $160/50 min individual Virtual Session, $190/50 min Virtual Couples session. 175$ weekend or in person sessions.
