Clinical Supervision
Collaborative, relational supervision grounded in anti-oppressive values — for Oregon and Washington licensure.
Supervision That Supports the Whole Therapist
Portal Wellness offers clinical supervision for social workers, mental health therapists, and marriage and family therapists, that is collaborative, relational, and grounded in anti-oppressive and abolitionist values. Moreover, it is based on the belief that a therapist’s wellbeing is essential to the work that they do. We can provide clinical supervision for those seeking licensure within the states of Oregon and Washington.
At Portal Wellness, we know that good clinical supervision is paramount to professional development, and that it both supports confidence and prevents burnout. Because we understand that professional practice requires excellent clinical, therapeutic, and business management skills, we will assist you to develop your skillsets in all of these areas so that you can better achieve your long-term professional goals.

Erika Nelson
Owner & Approved Clinical Supervisor — OR & WA
Hi! I’m Erika Nelson, owner of Portal Wellness, and an approved Clinical Supervisor offering clinical supervision for social workers in Washington and Oregon states.
I have a background in community mental health, and have worked extensively in the area of crisis and stabilization in youth and families. My expertise is in relational therapy, clinical assessment, suicidal ideation, neurodiversity, and healing trauma through an anti-oppressive lens.
I am experienced with approaches that include somatic, parts (IFS), polyvagal, liberation psychology, depth and analytic psychology, DBT/CBT, narrative, and creative arts.
My goals are to empower people with knowledge, cultivate transformative relationships, and catalyze communal change. If these goals align with yours, let’s see if we are a good fit!
Supervisor Candidate
Semi Grey
Supervisor Candidate — Oregon
Hi! I’m Semi Grey, a Supervisor Candidate here at Portal Wellness Collective. I practice from a decolonialist and liberation-centered framework, honoring the complexities of identity, intergenerational resilience, and the sacredness of the body. My presence is grounded in humility, curiosity, and a commitment to creating spaces where all parts of you are welcome.
I offer supervision that blends ethical and professional standards with a decolonialist, liberation-centered approach. I draw from modalities such as EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, Buddhist psychology, and Gestalt approaches, supporting supervisees in developing authentic, embodied clinical presence.
Together, we engage in work that is ethically sound, socially conscious, and deeply human.
Relational Approach
Supervision is built on a genuine, collaborative relationship between supervisor and supervisee — not a top-down evaluation model.
Licensure Support
We provide supervision hours counting toward LCSW, LMFT, and LPC licensure in Oregon and Washington states.
Individual & Group
We offer both individual supervision sessions and group supervision options to fit your schedule and learning style.
Ethics & Accountability
Grounded in ethical practice, social consciousness, and accountability — we support you to show up fully and responsibly for your clients.
