Payment Options for Our Therapy Services

At Portal Wellness Collective, we believe that mental health care should be accessible and transparent. We offer several payment options to help make therapy more affordable and convenient for our community in Washington and Oregon.

Insurance Plans We Accept

We are proud to be in-network with a variety of insurance plans, including:

Oregon Health Plan (OHP) / CareOregon
United Healthcare / Optum
Cigna
Aetna
Champ VA
TriCare/TriWest
BlueCross BlueShield (Regence and other plans)

If your insurance is not listed, please contact us — we’re happy to check your benefits and see if your plan can be billed.

Out-of-Network and Superbills

If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We can check your out-of-network benefits to estimate how much you will be reimbursed! We can provide a monthly superbill (an itemized statement) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Private Pay Rates

Our standard private pay rate for individual therapy is $225 per session and $270 per couples session. We offer sliding scale rates for those who are paying out of pocket as well!
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via debit/credit card or HSA/FSA card.

Sliding Scale and Reduced-Fee Options

We recognize that therapy is an investment in your wellbeing — and that financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of care. To support accessibility, we offer sliding scale spots based on need and clinician availability. Please reach out to inquire about current openings for sliding scale!

Using Your HSA or FSA

We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for all therapy services. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars for your mental health care.
