Individual and Couples Therapy in Oregon

I offer a trauma-informed, relational approach that draws from psychodynamic therapy, parts work (IFS), and somatic practices. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and teens, those living with complex PTSD, and individuals seeking more sustainable and authentic ways of being in their relationships and daily lives.

I work with thoughtful, sensitive, and often neurodivergent individuals, many of whom are navigating transitions in identity, relationships, or purpose. My clients are deep thinkers and feelers: people who may have masked their needs for years, felt out of sync with the world around them, or are now reconnecting with parts of themselves that have long been buried.

Whether you’re working through complex trauma, exploring how ADHD or sensory sensitivity shapes your life, or trying to find more authentic ways to be in relationship — with yourself or others — therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experience, and discover new ways forward.

I bring a warm, grounded, and relational presence to the work, integrating psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems (parts work), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore your story, strengthen your connection to self, and create space for the changes you’re seeking, at your own pace, with compassion and curiosity.

If you’re longing for a place where your complexity is met with care, I’d love to connect.
