Trauma Therapy in Washington and Oregon

Therapy for those who want to heal from past wounds, care about their impact, and desire change.

Using highly relational, depth, existential, IFS,  Somatic, and Narrative Approaches.

I specialize in helping deep feelers and thinkers heal past wounds, generational trauma, belonging wounds, and break cycles that feel overwhelming so that you can live a life aligned with your passions, dreams and values. We co-create a space together to work on a profound level so you can actualize your healing potential and experience the change and wellness you desire. If you value community impact and want to contribute to collective healing, we need to address our own wounds and patterns. It is possible to experience relief confidence and feel grounded and aligned in yourself, your relationships and life.

Hurt happens in relationship and healing has to happen in relationship. The therapeutic relationship is the largest factor predicting growth. When we agree to do therapy together I am bringing my full self to session. You don’t need to worry about awkward silences or not knowing what to talk about. You don’t need to worry about your problems being too small or too much for me to handle.

I provide a highly relational approach, using a wide network of practices and techniques to individualize and maximize the process of growth. I incorporate tools and approaches involving the mind, body and spirit in order to deeply integrate the healing and change you desire. I often utilize trauma, inter-sectional, somatic, art and depth approaches.

I work with those with emotional trauma from childhood, neurodivergent people, those struggling with wounds of belonging, those recovering from toxic systems, and those who have had poor experiences with the wellness field.

Typically my clients see progress within 6 sessions, and significant progress in 3 months depending on frequency of meeting. I am invested in you creating the change that you desire, and I believe it is possible.

My style tends to be active rather than passive, meaning I will listen deeply AND challenge you to step into your potential to experience meaningful transformation. You won’t need to worry about awkward silences (although silence has its place), thinking of things to bring to sessions, or experiencing judgment in our time together. I am never offended by your needs or feedback, which is always appreciated and part of building a strong, collaborative relationship. I pull from a deep well of modalities and theories to create an individualized holistic experience, while always working from an trauma-responsive lens.

I have spent most of my career as a therapist in community settings, advocating for and supporting youth and adults experiencing crisis, acute mental health needs, and system harm and disenfranchisement. I have been honored to support people as they have worked to untangle themselves, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives while actively experiencing chaos, harm caused by systems, and intergenerational cycles of trauma. My role has often focused on intervening during active crisis and quickly creating stabilization and ongoing change.

I currently am Out of Network for insurance. I can offer Superbills for reimbursement.

Here is more info on the benefits of going with an out of network therapist

Session cost: 185/50min session
